- EGElizabeth GallegosDec 4, 20221.0I bought an appliance from this store. Upon delivery the driver refused to wait more than 15min. Called that day to reschedule, customer service department is detrimental, since everyone there does not master English. My delivery date came and something told me to call and confirm. I was told they would be out there that day by 1pm. That time came and went. I called again come to find out that I was never scheduled for delivery and no one took accountability for the mistake. I requested to speak with store manager about this and as of right now I am still waiting for his phone call. Mind you this customer service department is a third party company that Best Buy hired. So yes, I am blaming Best Buy for this and they should take full responsibility for dropping the ball on my order. I still have to wait to get refunded since "their system" still shows the applicable is in transit.
