It took an hour just for their system to sync with Apple, then I was told the repair would take another hour… and then another. Nearly three hours gone with zero transparency. Felt completely gaslit about what was going on. Wish I’d gone straight to the Apple Store, would’ve saved my time and sanity. Don’t come here if you value your time.

They then rescheduled me for Sunday today and again I called off work and hired two people since deliver people say they cant loft just to be told at 3pm that my order wouldnt be delivered!!!! What kind of games are you playing with peoples time this is so unacceptable!
