  I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy. I went to return a speaker that I purchased, and the store refused to process the return. The reason I was given was that the item was “too expensive” and they would lose revenue if they accepted it, this was per the manager today at 8:20pm. Instead of helping me, they told me I had to go back to the specific Best Buy location where I originally bought it. When I went to the other Best Buy store, they informed me that this was completely incorrect and that any Best Buy location should have accepted the return without an issue and that they shouldn’t have told me that, because they didn’t want to take the hit. Which is not my problem. This inconsistency between stores is frustrating and unprofessional. Customers should not be turned away based on the price of an item or internal revenue concerns. Policies should be clear and applied consistently across all locations. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

  The young employees especially the male manager in the front end require further training. None have name tags either. The gentlemen in the back by the Pc’s was much more helpful wish he was there when I went in the second time around that gentlemen has the passion needed for the job the rest there are careless (they almost broke my return item and refused to refund my money) Will never shop at this specific location despite being the closest to my home. Having spent over 2k and then given the upmost difficulty with a simple return. Will never buy a Pc here again ended up selling the thing for scraps and upgraded with micro center 10/10 service and they actually know what they are selling whether it’s speakers , mouse’s , microphones , tv, monitors.

  Came to shop for our Sons birthday headphones this past Saturday. Everyone who approached us was super friendly. Lulu helped us make our decision. She made a lasting impression on us. She is such a kind soul. We are definitely happy that she provided the best service! 🙌💗

  Even though they didn't have the part I need it, I have to honestly say that person tried their hardest to help me. Even went on her personal device to look for the gadget I need it. Whoever is the hiring manager did a great job.
