  Compre un monitor y lo lleve antes delos 60 disa que cubre la membresía que se compra del año según cubre Pero no cubri ya pasaron mas de 30 dias y aun no tmego respuesta no les pase lo mismo con esa membresía no sirve solo es pagarles mas $$ Primero no me aceptaron apra cambiar el monitor después en esperar la parte ya paso buen tiempo estoy pagando por algo que no tengo

  I was in BestBuy yesterday buying some electronics equioment and I asked information about their Credit Card. The guy by customer service he said that he will help me after to in some information, information that I wasn't notify that was for get a pre approval. After he made me put my information in he told me that I was pre aprroved and I must select a card but I just wanted information. They run my credit and after I speak with a manager that he seems careless, with no knowledge about customer service, he told me that was nothing that they could do. I told him that I would take the card because my credit was already ran and the Item that I was going to purchase they didn't have it on stock. More dissapointed it couldn't be.   This Best Buy is goated. The staff is always on point. I shop here very often, and there hasn’t been an issue. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and friendly. I also like how they are there to do their jobs, they don’t goof off on floor or waste time. If you need something they get it. If you’re looking for something they ask if they can help. They are also no nonsense when it comes to price matches. Just show them a valid competitor and they price match. I know the App is separate, but the stock on the App always matches what’s in this store. Overall a very reliable friendly store to shop at

  Used the car installation department for a dash cam install. Absolutely 5 stars for Patrick. He was friendly helpful and quick. Would recommended this Best Buy mobile install department!

  Stay away – Horrible service on a $1,400 SONY Defective TV. ​I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Best Buy location.The yung lady at the costumer service and the manager don't know how treat people instead they are laughing of the situation. I purchased a $1,400 SONY television here in middle of January, and by February, the TV completely stopped working. When I came in seeking help with a defective product that failed within 60 days, the customer service team was completely unhelpful. ​The worst part was the young supervisor’s response. Instead of assisting with a solution or helping me navigate the warranty process for a high-end purchase, he literally told me to "just sell the defective TV" because there was nothing they could do. ​It is unacceptable to spend this kind of money at a major retailer only to be told to offload a broken product to someone else when it fails almost immediately. I expected much better support and accountability for a premium electronic purchase. Avoid this location if you value your money and decent customer service. I will never buy anything at this place and will make sure to tell my friends and family not to come to this place.
