Promised a trade in amount of $830 per each, took the phones and never paid. Never visit this store if you don’t want to be scammed. Their manager laid to me too though… and per Alina doesn’t know anything about what she’s doing…

Worst customer service i received today. I was the only customer in the store. Manager with glasses said she was busy and couldn’t help me but there was no one else at the store. She told me to speak with customer service and that she could not speak to him because she was busy. horrible experience!

People here are friendly and competent. Verizon itself is OK but I'm sure we've all noticed an increase in weaker signals and hiccups in service. I have, all over the country. The problem at this location is overbooking. This is true just about everywhere nowadays, but if you come to this location bring something relaxing and time consuming with you. We've had to leave on occasion because of extended wait times. That said, our most recent visit went well and, considering the aforementioned, I would recommend this location. Dennis (sp?) was most helpful.

Just left the store. First I checked in and the employee assisted a couple of guys before me that arrived after me. The lady (manager maybe) did tell him to assist me and he ignored her. So not sure what the check in point is. I needed help with exchanging a phone I just bought earlier this month it’s not working. He was giving me directions of what I needed to do anyway he was rolling his eyes at me bc I didn’t understand and kept sighing . Needless to say he didn’t help and told me I had to go Apple Store. I ended up going to another Verizon store and the guy was helpful.
