- GEGaby EJul 17, 20231.0Based on my insurance, I had the option to go to this location to fix my phone screen, so I made an appointment since it was the closest to my house. When I got there, the guy said that they couldn’t help me because they didn’t provide same day service there. He said they would have to send out my phone and it would take a week or 2 to get it back. I told him that online i selected same day service. When he told his manager in the back, he came back and said the technician that fixes phones was not there. It was a waste of my time and I was so disappointed. If they can’t help, why make it an option online to make an appointment if the service can not be provided. I had to travel all the way to the Apple Store and thankfully they fixed it in an hour and a half.
