  End of December, signed up for internet, phones & Perks galore ..it got confusing. Especially since some perk "credits" were manually done along with pages & pages of account info. Autopay a must to get perks and a 3 year contract - okay.. I trust. Get a text yesterday payment in arrears --hello umm autopay is set up. Check bank account, only part of bill was debited? On phone with customer service leads to a call back from supervisor to explain...Okay. I authorize payment. Then am told there will be a residual balance coming out of checking on 2/10 for $42.54 . Then starting March 10 the billing debit each month will be $198. Fine - thought we got it straight. Just got a text $168 is due 2/10 not $42.54 with that amount never in the conversation yesterday. Today the robot & chat is worthless. Sat on hold yesterday thru 2 calls, and have no time or stamina for that today. Filled with regret. To "Owner"Response: How about listening to the "recorded" conversations, look at the billings, and contact me with explanation on how ball was dropped in first place along with conflicting statements made by rep on 1/28/26? Printed the online account overview on that date as well that verifies what has been shared & excludes me from jumping through anymore time consuming hoops. It appears Verizon thinks customer service is the responsibility of the customer to provide service. BTW: The tactic of the Supervisor rep on 1/28 to fill out survey (while still on the call yet) to affect "promotions" while assuring me the issue was rectified is truly one for the books. Please consider that survey null and void.

  Got a new watch and a new phone, two weeks and countless hours of troubleshooting later my watch is still not activated. Sure enough I got the bill for it 3 days after I bought it. So in my experience the verizon way is: pay your bill, your service will work at some point in the future.

  Added my wife to my plan. Everything seemed fine till I noticed the bill. There were extra fees added for protection which I clearly declined. Called corporate and Verizon said that they took the fees away. When the bill came, the protection fees every month were charged.

  Never trust the prices you agree with them because the bill will be huge , agreed on 3 lines and a phone $125 plus tax and my bill is over $400 ,they are crooks. Will never ever give them any business in my life.
