  Got a new watch and a new phone, two weeks and countless hours of troubleshooting later my watch is still not activated. Sure enough I got the bill for it 3 days after I bought it. So in my experience the verizon way is: pay your bill, your service will work at some point in the future.

  Added my wife to my plan. Everything seemed fine till I noticed the bill. There were extra fees added for protection which I clearly declined. Called corporate and Verizon said that they took the fees away. When the bill came, the protection fees every month were charged.

  Never trust the prices you agree with them because the bill will be huge , agreed on 3 lines and a phone $125 plus tax and my bill is over $400 ,they are crooks. Will never ever give them any business in my life.

  I went to this store when I had a malfunctioning phone. I have insurance and was happy there was one so close to me. When I arrived we filed a claim. The rep selected repair and said it was my only option, but all the repair places were going to close before I could arrive. They made it sound like I couldn't get a replacement until I tried to repair my current phone.( Ultimately it wasn't the case) As a solution, because I needed a replacement quickly, they offered only two options. 1. I lock into a 3 year contract for a second line, which would cost me an extra 45$ a month ( totaling to about 1600$) or 2. I pay off 750$ on the spot and trade in my busted phone to see how much I could get toward a new one. Neither of these were plausible options for me, but I thanked them for their time, wished them a good weekend and left. When I got home and checked myself, I could get an overnighted replacement phone from my insurance for 99$. I'm typing this review on my overnighted phone, that arrived well before I needed to leave town. I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because I want to believe they weren't trying to pull the wool over my eyes for commission, and simply didn't see this option. Though the ( what seemed to be) manager was right there and didn't step in an point it out either. Anyway. 2 out of 5 because they tried to push me for 750$-1600$ instead of the 99$ I actually had to pay.
