He was rude, unfriendly, and had absolutely no desire to help. He behaved as if I had come to his home on his day off, not to an official Verizon store. He kept repeating the same thing over and over: «call customer service». Genius…If I wanted or was able to solve my issue by phone, I wouldn’t have come to your office. Verizon, what is he getting paid for?? Where do you even find such «genius»? And yes - after this experience, I went to another, nearby Verizon store, where the employee helped me resolve all my issues without calling customer service.

He throwed my husband from the store and called police because he thought that he is not citizens and then when he saw passport he even didn’t apologize. When I came to the store to exchange case for the phone he sent me also to different store and I have to spent half of my weekend day to go to find different location. We with Verizon 18 years and they treated us very bad. Plus they are lying who is a manager I count 3 already. Terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go to Verizon 9635 Milwaukee Ave in Niles.

I guess when it comes to customer service and helping a long time client, no one cares. Avoid this location at all costs. I'm paying off my phones and leaving this poor excuse for a cellular provider.

They informed her it will 100% be $155 for her phone plan (already fairly expensive for someone on a fixed income) She went to pay her bill today and it was $235. We will be contacting corporate to cancel her phone plan. Sad to see people take advantage of older people. Do not trust this store.
