- JSJustin SchlederDec 31, 20255.0Jeremy was went above any expectations I had imagined going into a cell phone store (most people dont realize you need to expect a little bit of wait as technology can be very tricky!) To say the least others and I were in and out faster than I expected. The store was busy as always but he bounced from customer to customer helping us all doing what he does best..multi tasking. The only thing I wish could change in the small town stores is their leash on what they can do in store and not have to call in and get the run around from the corporate stores. Jeremy usually finds a way to work around and not have to call in but when he does it seems him and all the other Verizon reps locally have the same issue! This kid has changed the outlook on the Newton store 110 percent. I personally know people that drive a county away just to come here! I hope he sees this and realizes how much he has impacted the view of Verizon. Keep it up young man! Your gunna go far no matter what career you seek in the future any company would be blessed to have you on their team (but you best stay right where your at..you are ours and many others Verizon guy!!)

Kudos to that guy, I don’t think a single one of us left unhappy, we all had a smile on our face and he kept us laughing while staying professional! He went above and beyond! That guy deserves a huge recognition! Thank you so much for making my day and helping! I most definitely will be coming back to Newton store
