You go to these smaller Verizon stores they charge you taxes on your new phones, all you have to do to do is purchase your new phones at the Verizon main stores , they do not charge taxes on new phone! Went there to get a new upgrade for my son the guy messed it up put my number on my sons phone, he said we had to go to Mt. Vernon, which we did in order for them to fix it, cause he didn’t know how, which turns out he could of fixed it. Bought a phone at Mt. Vernon went to take back that phone from Nashville, employee said my refund would be in 48 hours and here we are at the end of September! Very frustrating! I even said they can apply it to my bill! Oh and Mt. Vernon is always welcoming customers from the Nashville store, that is where they get their main business! TRUTH!
