    I was sent information that an upgrade was available to my current Verizon phone. I went to the store to see the new phome. I decided to upgrade, all charges were clearly explained. The phone color I wanted had to be ordered but only took a couple of days. When the phone came in, the purchase was as discussed previously, and Alec the sales associate transferred my data and Apps from my old phone to my new phone. The phone upgrade process went as advertised, I would recommend using this location for Verizon phone purchases.

    Great experience with Cortez and Matt at this location. Both were very helpful in helping me get my 6 lines moved over from T-Mobile to Verizon with the promotion. They were very patient and never became frustrated with all my questions and the problems with porting over my numbers. Everything they told me has been honest. I reviewed my initial bill and there were no surprises which I was really nervous about since I’ve heard scary stories about Verizon overcharging with fees. They also helped me with special discounts I qualified for. If you are thinking of switching to Verizon during their promotion right now, I would highly recommend going to see Cortez or Matt at this store.
