By stopping by the store this knowledgeable young man spent nearly 30 minutes making the corrections to restore needed aps, delete the unwanted and to put all screens in original order. Chris is a knowledgeable, dedicated, personable, conscientious person. THANK YOU Verizon for hiring such a qualified kind person.
