Told me latest my phone would arrive was the 24th. Just shipped on the 29th and not very much help, the representatives dont really know what theyre talking about they just want to sell you a phone for their paycheck. Maybe not an issue with the store persay but zero tracking information provided (locations) and just a not very enjoyable experience in general. If you want an iphone just order through apples website, they have all the same deals that verizon can provide in person and im sure would be more useful when it comes to tracking your order or getting an accurate delivery estimate.

I often hear people complaining about their experience in phone company stores... but I have had 2 excellent experiences at this Verizon store on Rt. 59 in Naperville! It mostly happened because of the help from Veronica! She went the extra mile to help with our trade ins, fix a phone that was broken, and to work with products in store. I went back to return the old phones weeks later and she remembered me. She helped check out a few details on the account and all the while was very friendly.
She deserves a shout out- and is someone I'd recommend if you visit the store!

Rude staff that refused to help us and instructed us to call customer service instead, evaded eye contact, and then finally helped 30 minutes later after we asked for a manager- who never showed up.
