    If you need help with ANYTHING related to iPhone this is your store! We came in during the Xmas promo (which was amazing btw, phone, iPad and watch for free w trade in), and were helped by Timothy Meyer who was so AUTHENTIC and down to earth. He wasn’t so pushy salesy or anything - made me and my mom who know nothing about technology feel so comfy with our decision and the process. There was an issue with activating my new phone (prob with verizon network not the store) and he tried to sit on customer service with me and everything. After about 40 mins I just decided to come back the next day - XMAS EVE. No biggie, we all left satisfied. Shoutout Tim. The next day, Julio Orozco helped me!! (Again, this is Xmas eve we’re talking about, everyone’s ornery and no one wants to work) he wasn’t SO helpful, knew what he was doing (more than the Verizon customer service rep on the phone) and got me all squared away in 20 mins. The in store staff of this location deserves a raise or a huge thank you. They deal with so much crap from people just walking in and taking issues out on them when most of the time it’s the network/customer service. Shoutout this location for holding it down and keeping their customers happy!!

    Be sure to constantly check your bill--we have had a random line added not once, but twice in the past 2 years. We also have been charged an additional $50 a month when we were told our auto pay billing through our debit card needed to be changed to a bank account for our phones after we questioned it--too much shady stuff to recommend this business.

    I got a new Internet 5G Internet Gateway Box from Verizon and tried to return it to this store. They wouldn't take it because I got it from a "franchise" Verizon store a few miles away. Their exact words to me were "you will need to take it back to the Verizon store where you got it". I did what they said and they were WRONG - the franchise store would NOT take it back either and said I would have to call Verizon if I wanted to return it. I called Verizon and was finally able to take it to a UPS store to return. This store SHOULD have been able to contact Verizon on my behalf for the return authorization. They all acted like I was asking for something unreasonable. I guess there was no commission for them so they could care less. Just a heads up, don't listen to a Verizon salesman when they tell you you should upgrade your GW router. The reason I was returning the new 5G internet gateway was because it was only getting 100 Megabits of internet speed (my current GW is getting 300 megabits). I'm having surgery this week, so I didn't want to deal with it. Just saw the response to this - typical! Doesn’t address the root causes of my frustration. I’ve filed a complaint to the FCC and encourage others to do the same.

    We had an outstanding experience at Verizon thanks to Alexandria. She was warm, helpful, and incredibly patient while assisting us with the issue we came in for. Alexandria made sure the problem was fully resolved before we left and her patience and genuine warmth, professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Highly recommend seeing Alexandria for exceptional customer service!
