Primarily, customer service representative, Jeremy was instrumental in solving a problem that had perplexed me for 2 days. I couldn’t use many of the applications on my iPhone. I was going to go to the Apple Store, but chose to visit a Verizon location instead, which happened to conveniently located next to a grocery store (Mariano’s) I had to visit. In just 3 minutes, Jeremy found the problem and corrected the issue I had caused. I still don’t realize what I did to create this problem in the first place. My frustration was over mainly because of Jeremy’s courtesy. I am so grateful to Jeremy and for my great relationship of over 30 years with Verizon. Yes, I have been with them for that long, perhaps maybe closer to 40 years. I frankly don’t remember. Today is a wonderful example of the exemplary service provided by Verizon. Thank you, Jeremy, and staff for your support and service.
