This vet has demonstrated to me that their #1 concern is how can they separate the money from my wallet. Literally holding my dogs prescription hostage until they can run $1500 in more tests. I’m sure the cost has gone up since then. They know he is fine as they ran the tests by accident 5 months ago (I have a voicemail from the vet saying his labs were good). They refilled the prescription once since then. Now they’ve decided to not authorize the refill until we come back and pay for the tests. Stop pretending that he “needs” the tests and you just want to make sure he is reacting to the medication…you know the answer. Doesn’t matter. I’m looking for a new vet.

I used to love this office, however recently they have some very sketchy practices. I put our dog on a puppy plan for one year due to neutering and microchipping. It seemed cheaper to do at the time. I made it abundantly clear I had no interest after the one year was over. They are so busy in this office they never hand you invoices or receipts. 6/30/25 was a very interesting day there. The tech was completely overwhelmed and not sure what was going on with multiple dogs. She kept going back and forth at least 4-5 times about our Great Dane. Needless to say the office automatically signed him up again on their “care plan.” This was confirmed via phone to me yesterday 9/11. My friend received an email in my name 2 days ago, that 2 payments hadn’t posted on the account. The office was trying to charge the payments to a lost card from a year ago. They sent the email to my friend with my name on it. When my friend called about this, LESLIE told him that he had signed paperwork. We have yet to find that said paperwork. We told them we wanted it canceled immediately. It will cost us more to cancel it then the entire cost of the plan for the year. Be VERY leery of this practice! It is a cash cow with bad practices and nothing more! Nor do they want to help you in anyway. It was all about more money, to be rid of it. Neither of our dogs will be going back there. They just lost $1,000s of dollars over $700. Hope it’s worth it! STAY AWAY. I also filed a complaint with the better business bureau over these shady practices.

This review is long overdue. Worst veterinary place ever. In September 2024 I drove 1 hour each way to bring my foster puppies that had horrible diarrhea. I brought in stool samples for each puppy the first visit asking in fact begging to please test the stool samples so I know how to treat the puppies. I saw the vet tech throw the samples on the counter like they meant nothing. They threw the samples away. A couple weeks later I brought in a second set of stool sample for each puppy looking the vet in the eye that has horrible meth teeth and said please test the stool samples these puppies still have horrible diarrhea. She said yes I will however She did not test the samples either so I went through all that work collecting samples and driving a very long way to help these puppies and nothing. They also got kennel cough from this place. I do not recommend this animal hospital. The rescue tried blaming me for the diarrhea and I said you’re blaming the wrong person here as I’m not a vet, as i did my job and gave whatever medication you gave me. I did my job and way way more. You need to discuss this place's short comings for NOT doing their job properly. And the vet that out right lied to my face after telling me she would test the stool samples, shame in you! Don’t take your animals here please No your staff did NOT strive in taking care of the puppies not one but twice so please don’t say you strive! This facility had 2 times to make it right but failed both times. These puppies suffered because your staff failed to do the simplest thing and followed direction. It was like it was a joke to them. I didn’t mind driving far as long as the puppies got the care they needed. You must do better. I understand you don’t get paid as much to take on bills from a rescue however that is no excuse to not give the proper care. I pray your not lacking care to animals in need like my foster puppies needed. Shame on your staff. They all should be fired that were involved. That’s how passionate I feel about the situation. Update. This vet practice responded with an automated response including deflection from what really happened. Pitiful
