This vet has demonstrated to me that their #1 concern is how can they separate the money from my wallet. Literally holding my dogs prescription hostage until they can run $1500 in more tests. I’m sure the cost has gone up since then. They know he is fine as they ran the tests by accident 5 months ago (I have a voicemail from the vet saying his labs were good). They refilled the prescription once since then. Now they’ve decided to not authorize the refill until we come back and pay for the tests. Stop pretending that he “needs” the tests and you just want to make sure he is reacting to the medication…you know the answer. Doesn’t matter. I’m looking for a new vet.

I used to love this office, however recently they have some very sketchy practices. I put our dog on a puppy plan for one year due to neutering and microchipping. It seemed cheaper to do at the time. I made it abundantly clear I had no interest after the one year was over. They are so busy in this office they never hand you invoices or receipts. 6/30/25 was a very interesting day there. The tech was completely overwhelmed and not sure what was going on with multiple dogs. She kept going back and forth at least 4-5 times about our Great Dane. Needless to say the office automatically signed him up again on their “care plan.” This was confirmed via phone to me yesterday 9/11. My friend received an email in my name 2 days ago, that 2 payments hadn’t posted on the account. The office was trying to charge the payments to a lost card from a year ago. They sent the email to my friend with my name on it. When my friend called about this, LESLIE told him that he had signed paperwork. We have yet to find that said paperwork. We told them we wanted it canceled immediately. It will cost us more to cancel it then the entire cost of the plan for the year. Be VERY leery of this practice! It is a cash cow with bad practices and nothing more! Nor do they want to help you in anyway. It was all about more money, to be rid of it. Neither of our dogs will be going back there. They just lost $1,000s of dollars over $700. Hope it’s worth it! STAY AWAY. I also filed a complaint with the better business bureau over these shady practices.
