Literally holding my dogs prescription hostage until they can run $1500 in more tests. I’m sure the cost has gone up since then. They know he is fine as they ran the tests by accident 5 months ago (I have a voicemail from the vet saying his labs were good). They refilled the prescription once since then. Now they’ve decided to not authorize the refill until we come back and pay for the tests. Stop pretending that he “needs” the tests and you just want to make sure he is reacting to the medication…you know the answer. Doesn’t matter. I’m looking for a new vet.
