  Worst apple store I have been to. They don’t understand what is an appointment here. If I have to set an appointment and come here and wait for another half an hour to get someone come to, what’s the point of appointment? Happened twice…

  Chi was excellent to work with and helped me upgrade my phone. She walked me through each step, helped me register the screen protector, and prioritized me as a customer. I appreciated how personable she was and that she went above and beyond to deliver fantastic service.

  I had a mixed experience. I came in later than they do the transfer from my phone, which is my fault. So, I wasn’t fully aware of what it meant when I agreed to having my phone completely wiped. I didn’t think about how it meant that I wouldn’t have maps to get home after an hour drive there or a way to contact my husband. Now, that’s on me for the choice I made. I was standing there, trying to use the Wi-Fi to figure it out, and another employee came up and rescued me. I was a little anxious as I was figuring out everything and Jovan was wonderful and reassuring. My advice would be to know that there’s a lot of traffic in that store and they have to stay tight to the rules so that they can manage everything with the store. So, just be mindful of when you show up what you’re prepared to do.

  I had a really frustrating experience at the Apple Store. I went in needing help unlocking a phone, expecting at least some basic guidance when I arrived. Instead, when I walked through the door, there was no one there to greet or assist me. It was confusing and unwelcoming right from the start. After waiting around, I was told that I needed to schedule an appointment for help—even though I was already there in person. The wait time was around two hours, which felt completely unreasonable for something that should have been a straightforward issue. Overall, the process felt disorganized and inefficient. Between the lack of initial assistance and the long wait just to get help, it turned into a really disappointing experience.

  I had an amazing experience at this Apple Location. I went in with a broken Mac book. They ran multiple tests to discover an issue with the keyboard. As a college student it was much appreciated for the service members to consider the most affordable options for me and not focus on selling product. Mike assisted me and was very intelligent, caring, and knowledgeable. I have been an Apple user as long as I can remember however this is the first place I felt taken care of. Things worked out in the end without having to spend a fortune. Thank you for making things right Mike! I am so grateful!
