The problems I was dealing with could not be even resolved by Verizon customer service 800 # but Rey was the only one that took care of everything explained everything within 10 minutes and not like a 3 hour useless pointless conversation at customer service. Thanks to Rey I'm still here with Verizon and 9 active lines on my account. 👍👍👍 !!!!
