  Kyler was so kind and friendly. He walked us through the process of setting up a new phone plan and the entire billing process. He was very honest about everything and we are happy he helped us.

  Rey was a great representative for Verizon. Came in to get some guidance for my phone calendar and he solved. I ask some questions about current product and pricing and ended up with new phones for my wife and I. Great knowledge and pincer. We would recommend Rey to anyone interested in a phone. Thanks Rey!!

  Kyler was honest and helpful. He helped us figure out what phone purchases would be best for our family giving us all the options, their costs, features, and pros and cons of each phone. He informed us of any promotions we were eligible for as well as tips to ensure we got the best deal for what we need. He was also available even after we met at the store for further questions.

  Rey and Kyler were awesome to work with! They were professional and helpful every step of the way. Working with Verizon support and dealing with some different issues was grueling and I was very close to switching providers due to the experience overall but this store and the service I got kept me as a Verizon customer. Would recommend seeing them if you are a current Verizon customer or looking to switch. I ultimately stayed as they seem to have the best cellular network and I felt good about the pricing/products they offered. Give Rey and Kyler a raise because I would have left Verizon had it not been for them.
