  This store has excellent customer service. Phillip walked me through my options for plans, phones, accessories with such expertise and with a personal touch. To top it off, he contacted me a few weeks after my purchase to see how things were going and whether I had any other questions. Now that’s top notch service that’s hard to find these days! I’m very happy with this store and would highly recommended it and Phillip.

  My family was struggling activating my father-in-law's phone after transferring to verizon. I called this Verizon store for help. Phillip answered the phone, was extremely patient in trying to understand the crazy complicated situation. He helped us get permisson from the primary account owner. Then worked to conference call in my wife and father in law to help push an eSIM card into the phone. Philip was so patient and helped us problem solve the situation to resolution. Thank you Philip!!

  Doug has been nothing but amazing from the beginning. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that me and my family are taken care of and I can tell you right now that we are very annoying with the questions and very detailed and he has always been so patient. He has helped us in every way possible, even as far as answering me on his days off just so I can feel reassured. This is exactly what customer service at It’s finest looks like.   Best experience with a phone company ever honestly. Doug was the person helping me out and I highly recommend him to anyone. First time I’ve had someone sit down and explain everything step-by-step and first time I have never had my bill all messed up. He also has helped my some of my family members and they say the same thing.
