- LGLew GoogleMar 5, 20265.0I purchased an expensive piece of ARC gear from Patrick at Quintessence. The unit was subsequently badly damaged in Fedex shipping from Minnesota to my home in Maryland, even though it was packed correctly in the ARC factory container. Instead of referring me to Fedex for repairs and compensation, as many dealers would have done, Patrick stood by me 100% during the repair process. Thanks to his taking responsibility and even representing my interests at ARC, the story has a happy ending; I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Quintessence Audio to anyone I know.

A few years ago, I picked up a used McIntosh power amp here at a great price. About a year later, I scored an amazing deal on a pair of PBS T800 speakers. And just today, I completed my setup with a Sonus Faber Gravis III subwoofer and dropped off my McIntosh for servicing. Every time I visit, I leave feeling satisfied and confident in my purchases. Huge thanks to John and the team for all they do!
