A few years ago, I picked up a used McIntosh power amp here at a great price. About a year later, I scored an amazing deal on a pair of PBS T800 speakers. And just today, I completed my setup with a Sonus Faber Gravis III subwoofer and dropped off my McIntosh for servicing. Every time I visit, I leave feeling satisfied and confident in my purchases. Huge thanks to John and the team for all they do!

Owner Mick, and son Patrick, drove 6 hours to our home in northern Michigan to deliver and set up a new pair of Sonus Faber Olympica Nova iii speakers and I could not have been more pleased. Both Patrick and Mick have the ideal combination of love of music and concern for the customer. 'Value added' is perhaps an overused term, but in their case it applies fully. Patrick and Mick spend 2 1/2 hours setting our new speakers up and the sound is beyond my expectation. In addition, rather than trying to sell us a new amp/pre amp (I had asked about one) they said (having heard the new speakers set up) that my restored vintage McIntosh equipment was something that I should keep. Finally, the entire process of purchasing was set up by Patrick's first generous offer of advice from a cold call, where I simply was asking for some audio advice. I have no hesitation suggesting others to purchase equipment from them, if their brands are something you desire. You will NOT be sorry, and in fact, will be so glad you did.

Everything works great and my beloved old speakers sound better than ever powered by the new amps. Remarkable how much difference new amps and cabels make. It was my first purchase with Quintessence.
