I think I’ve gotten 4 or 5 phones here now between my dad and me. Every time everyone has been SO helpful! My dad’s an old timer and tech is hard for him and they were so nice and patient. Today I upgraded my phone, everything was as smooth as it could be! They even gave me a total for accessories and I ended up declining everything but a case and their attitude didn’t change with me whatsoever. I’ve been in sales 10+ years and declining services can definitely change the experience. I see people complain about them only caring bout the money nd the sale… I couldn’t disagree more! Very thoughtful and knowledgeable. I’ll keep coming back!!

I had a very upsetting experience at this location and would strongly recommend going directly through Verizon instead. This is a third-party retailer, not a corporate Verizon store, and they do not have to follow Verizon’s customer service policies.
When issues arose, the staff were not receptive to concerns and made no meaningful effort to resolve the situation or make things right. I left feeling frustrated and unsupported as a customer.
If you need Verizon service, save yourself the trouble — call Verizon directly or visit a corporate store. You’ll avoid the middleman, questionable fees, and pricing that may not match Verizon’s official offerings.

OMG. You have a very helpful and knowledgeable employee in Montogomery, Il. Her name is Salve. She has spent so much time with us on several occasions. She knew how to fix issues and if she didn't She reached out to corporate for help to reach fantastic customer service. Great job Salve.
