Don't waste your time and try to call the store that's been out sourced to a foreign country. The manager does not call back. The clerk lied about the price of the stuff I bought. We both run a business with our phones .My brand new phone would not receive calls for 5 days this has cost me hundreds of dollars in lost customers . The ONLY response for VICTRA is give us 7 days to work on this problem !!! Just go to the REAL Verizon store in Oswego !!!! 😒

DONT bother to try to call the store ,the phone calls are out serviced to a foreign country call center. They will not return calls . I use my phone for work and since they transferred all of my information i can NOT receive calls . They emailed me back and said give 7 days to work on it ... In 7 days i will be out of business. SAVE your TIME just go to the REAL Verizon store in Oswego. Avoid Victra !
