    My father and I went to the Verizon store at South Park today and visited with specialist David Lewis. David’s service was outstanding! He took the necessary time to understand our needs and pointed out the perfect phone for my 89-year-old father. Before we left, he was able to get a new phone up and running and was even able to lower my father‘s monthly bill. Well done David! You exhibited high integrity today and we appreciate it. Thank you.

    I went in the the Verizon store in Moline! I was inquiring about the IPhone 17!! They had none in the store!! Why would your rep that checks you in say that they have no 17! I’m going to Switch carriers! Buying a cell phone is as bad as buying a flipping car for 4 years!

    We went to Verizon on 12/15/25 to upgraded our phones. The salesperson talked us into androids as a savings to our plan. Purchasing the androids was a huge mistake. The learning curve was huge after being apple customers for over 20 years. We returned the phones on 12/17/25 and worked with Miguel. He was phenomenal, helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. He knew what he was doing and how to advise us on the best product. We walked out of the store extremely satisfied and definitely will return again and hopefully have Miguel assist us in the future.

    Went in to replace one phone, got talked into replacing all three because the bill was only supposed to go up under $20. Was offered “perks” which on the surface saved us money but was supposed to get 2 of them for free for a year, and I’m being charged for them. They were supposed to finish paying off my old phone that still shows up as the phone I have when we turned in all three old phones. When I contact the salesperson like she told me to if the bill was wrong, I get zero response, so now I’m stuck with a bill that’s $60 more than what I was paying and I have no idea whether I have the insurance coverage I insisted on because I don’t even see that on the bill. Extremely disappointed because I’ve been to the other store that’s a Verizon authorized dealer and received much better service. This is how you get treated after being with them for well over 20 years. So much for loyalty and now I’m stuck until these phones are paid off. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. They LIE!
