Little help given. Was told to look up battery places on my phone which was on safe mode due to problems on my jetpack. She finally wrote down an address. It was clear she didn't want to be bothered. I was asked "Don't you have a phone to look up the number?" I have been with Verizon over 20 years.Maybe it's s time to think about finding another carrier. I was the only customer in the store at the time I sought help.
