I had an ongoing issue with my (supposed to be) $130 bill raised up to a literal $608.02. The fault lies with the northwest highway store, an employee named Charlie told me to give him the router I was returning (within a free 30 day trial period) and he would return it for me, given that he was “already headed that way with equipment to return.” I left them a glowing review, singing their praises. Lo and behold, he never returned the equipment, and my bill was more than tripled. I have been back there SO many times (it’s 40 minutes away from me) and the issue was still never solved. I decided to give this Verizon another shot (they weren’t able to help me with past issues before this one that’s why I went to the other store) and I met Sebastian who got my problem solved. This was my last attempt/trip to a Verizon store before walking away and letting them send my bills to collections, which obviously would have negatively affected me in the long run with my credit score. But I didn’t need to, Sebastian got it figured out for me. Thanks again man.

Sebastian was wonderful! He was the only employee in the store balancing a few customers and he still took time to answer our questions and explain options. Best customer service I have had in a long time.

We are out of town guest that needed a phone for our new college freshman. We are truly grateful for the help in securing a phone and figuring out the right plan. The sales associate was very accommodating assisting us, even though he should have been closing up. My niece is happy with her phone, and I am happy with the experience. It was one less thing for my sister to worry about.
