    I want to give a huge shoutout and heartfelt thank you to Jimmy at this Verizon store. I recently added a new line to my account, and for two days I struggled to get it activated. I spent almost four hours on the phone with Customer Service, trying multiple solutions, and even scheduled a follow-up call that I never received. It was incredibly frustrating, and I honestly felt stuck. Today I decided to come into the store, and that’s when I met Jimmy—and he completely turned my experience around. From the moment he started helping me, I could immediately tell he was knowledgeable, confident, and genuinely dedicated to solving the issue. What Customer Service couldn’t figure out in hours, Jimmy handled in less than 30 minutes. He explained every step clearly, made sure I understood what was going on, and took the time to double-check everything so the problem wouldn’t come back. But he didn’t stop there. He also helped me with my billing questions, walked me through my plan details, and made sure everything on my account was set up correctly. His patience, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the customers who walk through the door. It’s rare to find someone who is this efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful. Jimmy turned a stressful and disappointing situation into a genuinely positive experience. Verizon is lucky to have him, and employees like him deserve recognition, whether that’s a promotion, bonus, or whatever the company sees fit. Thank you, Jimmy, for your excellent service.     I would give lower if it was possible. Asked for help to get my phone on the service (after trying for a day) after being sold they were better than T mobile. Haha I will be leaving now that the employee said to "leave, do it online at home" like I didnt just try that for 24 hours.

    TRUTHFULLY - I have had it with this cell phone company. I have been going round and round with them for 2 months. One person says something completely different than another person. I upgraded all lines over the phone, picked out accessories for these new phones on the phone with them, and said they would be here in two days, only to call 2 days later to get a tracking number, but really to find out they never upgraded any of the lines or did anything that was talked about during that 2 hour phone call. ACTUALLY after they did that I was then unable to get into my online business account. Which has caused even more of a mess; and they have continued to give me the runaround on. I am a sub account on a business account. I have had the same login info for our verizon business app for 2 years- I have it saved in my phone, and automatically comes up. I also have it documented two other places. Only for them to tell me I'm wrong and they show something else on their end. Essentially just telling me im not right. I have never been so unhappy with a business, or a corporate business for that matter. I have expressed how unhappy I am to several employees and no one ever does anything to make up for it either!!!! It's just "oh im sorry" lets try and get it figured out, only to put me at a deadend with no login again!! Do better Verizon!!
