  I've just had the most amazing experience here today. Erica has solved all of my issues and questions and most importantly she had to really work hard to solve all my problems I have been a Cricket customer for quite some time and NEVER had service like this. It was not an easy task getting this all done and she did it all with the best customer service ever. SHE IS A Keeper. Thank you.

  I have been to this cricket store three times and have always walked out impressed. Initially I met the owner a few years back who was working to set up the new business. He was so forthright in providing direct helpful information regarding the products and the service plans, a welcome change away from high pressure to purchase the most expensive items. Most recently I had gone in to gather information for my son who couldn't get in due to work. The salesperson Elizabeth could not be more accommodating. She was patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. She even wrote out a comparison of the different plans that I could review with my son. In addition she was extremely kind and considerate helping me with the door and directions as I had a baby with me. Juan?, the manager also was helpful with my numerous questions. During my last trip Elizabeth was able to help resolve the issue in replacing the phone and was as polite and friendly as the first time. I was very impressed with interactions here. I feel I received the most direct and honest information here and plan on switching to Cricket myself in future. Very convenient and economical. Special thanks to Elizabeth for providing top-notch service!
