    Nick was excellent. He turned a bad situation from the Sullivan IL store to an amazing finish. He was able to complete my trade in, so I didn’t have to go back to Sullivan. He answered all of my questions making me comfortable about keeping my new phone. He was very professional when I explained the issues and the rudeness of the employee from Sullivan. I will be sending others to him and we will do business with Nick and the Mattoon Verizon from here on out.
