    My wife and I came in to trade in our phones the Saturday before Christmas. There were only two employees in the store and there was multiple customers either being helped or waiting to be helped. Colleen was able to help us and at least two other customers all at the same time. We were very impressed with her calmness and great attitude despite being very very busy. She even took the time to help teach an elderly customer how to use her new phone and watch and did not stop until the customer was confident they knew how to operate their new devices. With all of this, we still felt we received the proper attention and finished our upgrades in a timely manner. We left happy and glad that we have this store close to home.

    The cost of a new iPhone is absolutely insane, but Elijah was one of the best Verizon employee's we have worked with, he was very quick and new his stuff when it came to setting up new phones. Great overall trip to our local Verizon store!
