We had the privilege of having Nicholas help us today at the Mattoon Verizon Store. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable but most importantly he was super friendly which made our time there much more enjoyable! It was definitely a 5 star experience!

I have been a Verizon customer for many years. I've never had any problems going to our local office and receiving quick and competent assistance there. However, yesterday was something else. When I went in, there was a big guy with a beard sitting there, and instead of greeting customers, he told each one that he has too many customers awaiting, and that he doesn’t know when he would be able to help us. He spoke very rudely. And it was very clear that he was incompetent at his job. He couldn't answer any question. He constantly was running to another room and talked to someone for a long time. Apparently, he was asking someone for instructions. I left after waiting my turn for more than an hour. I doubt I'll go back there as long as people like that work at Verizon.
