She answered the phone and as soon as I asked a question she told me to call customer service because they are closed ?Then why did you answer the phone ? If you didn't want to help me you could have just said that. The rudeness was not necessary. Horrible customer service could have just help me for 2 mins ! Thanks

They give UNLIMITED DATA so I no longer have to worry how high the phone bill will be😬 and their price includes taxes, ect... set price, no game playing! The reception is wonderful, even when any of us have to travel! Serena was wonderful help to me (since I’m technically challenged...) she was so kind and patient ... went way out of her way and spent a lot of her time to help me with some phone switching. Great customer service!!!!
