I went into the store in person they couldn't help me .but gave me a list of numbers and that was a joke an still didn't get it resolved yet going to dispute all 3 charges . I was on the phone all day they hung up on me several times

I left after three hours of waiting, not because I couldn't wait, but because they gave other customers better service, offering to keep their phones while the transfer happened, offering up personal wifi after a "long thirty minute wait."
