Nothing on your phone. Shame on you Verizon. I have a contract that over the 3 years, I will pay over $12,500... That required no physical ID and no signature. Perhaps common sense should be considered. I have been a customer for 36 years. Customer service has been sent overseas and they don't understand English. Maybe in 3 years or sooner if a company will buy me out of my contract, ATT will get my business.

This is why I paid the transfer fee. They sent me to either Google or Samsung to try to retrieve them. This is going to be an extra step i was hoping to avoid, even with paying the transfer fee. Ugh. Started off just trying to do a good deed for my wife. Very disappointed.
