    Went to this store instead of Champaign only to end up finding out they are NOT a Verizon Corporate store even though they represent themselves as such. Our account was so screwed up with unauthorized add-on services, outright lies told to us motivated by these employees working off sales commissions (Verizon Corp stores do not have commission based sales), and even so much as them adding extra lines onto our account without authorization, all in the name of selling more devices under false pretenses and running our bill up an extra $150/month. This store has been reported to Verizon Corporate Fraud department and Verizon is making reparations to us for the whole ordeal. I was also told Verizon is investigating this store for their misrepresentation practices and also making unauthorized account changes. Total nightmare
