Our business ownership changed, we needed help confirming new contacts & authorized parties - done in minutes! Parth Patel spent as much time necessary, on a holiday no less, helping us navigate several elements to our business phone agreement with Verizon. He was over-the-top accomodating, listened to the concerns presented, rectified all of our business phone issues & authorizations, helped assess the appropriateness of the current plan and provided assurance that the plan currently in place is the best to meet the needs for our business purposes; across 8 branches in 4 states. At no time did I feel rushed, he helped in every way possible, recalled talking to the business owner months ago and suggested an appointment with the Verizon Business Specialist in the month ahead for any further concerns regarding our business phone plan. The only down side is, as I tell all about the amazing help of Parth Patel is that he will be in higher demand and potentially less available when we need him next - will take our chances on that. Wow, just wow. What a great way to start the New Year!

The rep spoke to me but I was not understanding the sale. He returns the phone back over to my family member (my son) and begins addressing my son about what he could purchase based on my plan. In the course of his explanation to my son, the rep made the comment, "I don't know what your mom is talking about but..." for me to hear. I was PO'd to hear this young...person make the comment. How conceited, arrogant, and proud this young man was to make such a comment about an elder for them to hear. This person must take lessons as to how to address customers!
