THEY RACK UP PRICES WITH NO EXPLANATION OR NOTICE AS TO WHY!! I USED VERIZON FOR 4 YEARS AND THEY NEVER LOWERED MY BILL UNTIL I MENTIONED SWITCHING CARRIERS. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM, NO WONDER 90% OF THEIR CUSTOMERS (LIKE MYSELF) IS SWITCHING TO T MOBILE. I SWITCHED TO T MOBILE AND MY BILL IS ALMOST 80 DOLLARS CHEAPER THAN VERIZON AND MY PHONE WORKS!! GREAT SERVICE, CHEAP, AND I GET WAY MORE STREAMING SERVICES FOR FREE WITH T MOBILE !! DO NOT GO HERE! I WOULDNT BE SURPRISED IF THIS PLACE FILES BANKRUPTCY AND CLOSES DOWN WITH THE WAY CUSTOMERS ARE LEAVING LEFT AND RIGHT!!!!!

The employee was so kind so gentle and asked if I had my password, I replied yes, “I wrote it down” he reinstalled my app and I was on my way with minutes to spare. Great customer service with no attitude with it being so close to closing time.

Then when we were browsing around waiting for our other person to show up we heard them discussing about how despite not wanting to help customers and talk to them “ it’s all apart of the job” is their response. Mind you they weren’t quiet or hidden they were just in the back corner all speaking to each other. Would not recommend coming in just shop online.

Then when you get there at 11 it's still not open and at 1140 someone drives up and tells you it's at 12 now. your figured when you get a notification that your online order is ready... They could tell you that so you don't waste hours of your time.
