Jason aka “Chicken” (his nickname) took the time to answer all my questions, explained my options clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. He made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. I left feeling confident about my phone upgrade and really appreciated how knowledgeable and kind he was. I even had some login issues the next day and Jason got it figured out and dealt with right away. Highly recommend this location!
