    Sweta and Jason were extremely helpful in helping me figure out the best plan for my family. With upcoming international travel i was stressed about what my bill might look like with 5 phones. Sweta was very $ focused and no BS….loved that! Her ability to answer all of my question and give me time to really consider what I wanted to do was much appreciated! Jason was a tremendous support in assisting with getting all of our phones set up. Thanks Long Grove Verizon!

    Another Verizon store is much closer to me than this location, but the difference in customer service is definitely worth the drive. I really appreciated the thorough explanation of my bill and eligible discounts and promotions that I received. Jason and other store staff were courteous, friendly, and accommodating. I initially thought to buy the new phone outright although decided to purchase it over a three-year service commitment and not go directly to the manufacturer because doing it that way felt right based on how I was treated at this Verizon store (in Long Grove).

    I had called numerous area Verizon stores and Amina was the only one who took the time to see if they had the phone I was interested in. Went to the store and met with her and Jason and was extremely impressed with their knowledge and willingness to help me. Seeing my concerns instead of pushing a sale they explained to wait until I returned from vacation and revisit the purchase then The two of them truly understand the meaning of customer care opposed to corporate care and sell just to get the numbers I HIGHLY recommend them and will return to make my purchase
