A bad experience at this store. I bought a new iphone and a new apple watch which was sent for some reason with a bracelet two sizes smaller than I wanted. In the store they were rude, dismissive and uninterested to help me get the righ bracelet. I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for at least 22 years.

Went in to this store ready to upgrade two phones and was met with attitude, unprofessionalism and snark. When asking Kelsey about available deals and discounts, she responded that she wasn’t the one to talk to and that we would have to reach out to customer service separately.
As we were beginning the upgrade process, we were informed that they couldn’t do the data transfer in store, we could go to Apple for help, and they didn’t have to explain anything beyond that. When asking for additional information, she walked away as the staff laughed. When asked for contact information, she pretended she didn’t understand what we were requesting.
As a customer for over 12 years, I’ve never experienced this rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant service. Stay away.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Verizon store today. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. While we were in the process of buying a new phone — literally about to pay — he insinuated that we were trying to steal it just because we stepped over to grab phone cases first. His tone and attitude were completely unnecessary and made us feel disrespected and uncomfortable.

5/5 stars. Could not be more grateful for Zach at the Lake Zurich, IL location. I am in a tough spot financially as I transition careers, and have loved having Verizon for over 15 years now. But with my financial situation I was potentially looking at having to switch carriers, at least until I got back on my feet. I went in and spoke to Zach (he had assisted me before and was amazing, kind of guy you look forward to speaking to and working with), he went above and beyond in my account helping me lower my monthly payment to the point I won't be leaving Verizon! I told him in person and I'll echo it once more, THANK YOU Zach, I am very grateful for your time and efforts. Unless you have a prior connection, make sure to ask for him if he's there! Cheers!

Came in at 6:30 to make a purchase for a trade offer, asked when they closed, the guys said 8 but seemed upset we were there. Then I asked about a purchase, he was reviewing details and then something strange happened on my account and the items in my cart had an error message after he was “trying to figure out promos” he then told me to call Verizon and walked away, I asked him where he was going and he said to call Verizon. It was very strange.
