  5/5 stars. Could not be more grateful for Zach at the Lake Zurich, IL location. I am in a tough spot financially as I transition careers, and have loved having Verizon for over 15 years now. But with my financial situation I was potentially looking at having to switch carriers, at least until I got back on my feet. I went in and spoke to Zach (he had assisted me before and was amazing, kind of guy you look forward to speaking to and working with), he went above and beyond in my account helping me lower my monthly payment to the point I won't be leaving Verizon! I told him in person and I'll echo it once more, THANK YOU Zach, I am very grateful for your time and efforts. Unless you have a prior connection, make sure to ask for him if he's there! Cheers!

  Came in at 6:30 to make a purchase for a trade offer, asked when they closed, the guys said 8 but seemed upset we were there. Then I asked about a purchase, he was reviewing details and then something strange happened on my account and the items in my cart had an error message after he was “trying to figure out promos” he then told me to call Verizon and walked away, I asked him where he was going and he said to call Verizon. It was very strange.

  I really want to thank Kelsey for being so kind and helpful. She noticed I was having a stressful time figuring things out and went out of her way to help me find a solution that worked perfectly for me. She truly listened to what I wanted and made sure everything fit my needs. I really appreciated how thoughtful and understanding she was — it meant a lot to be helped by someone who genuinely cared and took the time to make sure I was taken care of. She sincerely made the experience worth it simply through her kindness.

  Beware!!!!! Went in on Oct 7 2025 for help because my phone wasn’t working. Instead of helping, the staff — including manager Dan — laughed at my concerns, refused to help, discriminated against me, and made me feel as if I was lying. I left in tears, humiliated, and still with a broken phone. This was hostile, dismissive, unprofessional and unacceptable treatment. Thankfully, the Apple Store was willing to listen, treated me with respect, and fixed the issue on the spot. Filed a BBB complaint — Verizon needs to address this store’s behavior immediately. Respect your customers before it becomes public. Update: I saw your copy-and-paste “we’re concerned” response — don’t bother. You had your chance when I stood in that store being mocked by your staff. A link and a form won’t undo the disrespect or humiliation I experienced. You didn’t “look into it,” you ignored it until it went public. Too late now — you already lost my business and my trust. Customers deserve real accountability, not PR replies.
