  I visited a Verizon store today and had a very disappointing experience. The employee who assisted us was unhelpful and clearly not interested in solving our issue. Instead of providing proper support, he gave us the wrong phone number and tried to send us away as quickly as possible. I specifically asked if we could call together to resolve the issue on the spot, but he refused. If I could handle everything on my own, I wouldn’t have come to the Verizon store in the first place. On top of that, I asked about upgrading my phone, and his response was disrespectful and sarcastic. He looked at me with a smirk and said, “Well, if you can afford it, if you have money money then sure you can,” which made me feel humiliated and uncomfortable. Not only was my problem left unresolved, but I was also treated with a lack of respect and professionalism. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

  The entire staff at the Lake Zurich location was extremely kind and professional. A huge thank you to Scott who went above and beyond to help me get my phone working again. Not only did he help me with my service, he helped me figure out the best plan for me and my family. He was kind and helpful after a terrible customer service experience I had with technical support over the phone with Verizon. Would highly recommend!

  I went into the LZ location skeptical after reading reviews. I left very satisfied with the service, great attitudes and overall positive experience. Give them a try. Shout out to Zach! Thanks

  A bad experience at this store. I bought a new iphone and a new apple watch which was sent for some reason with a bracelet two sizes smaller than I wanted. In the store they were rude, dismissive and uninterested to help me get the righ bracelet. I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for at least 22 years. I had to buy a lower quality bracelet on Amazon and have not been able to wear the one provided since it's very small.

  Went in to this store ready to upgrade two phones and was met with attitude, unprofessionalism and snark. When asking Kelsey about available deals and discounts, she responded that she wasn’t the one to talk to and that we would have to reach out to customer service separately. As we were beginning the upgrade process, we were informed that they couldn’t do the data transfer in store, we could go to Apple for help, and they didn’t have to explain anything beyond that. When asking for additional information, she walked away as the staff laughed. When asked for contact information, she pretended she didn’t understand what we were requesting. As a customer for over 12 years, I’ve never experienced this rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant service. Stay away.
