He was originally pleasant and willing to listen to all of her concerns. As moments went by and she was given her new phone and Orlando stated that her “new number” was on the old phone. She was confused because she didn’t ask for a new number, she just wanted to upgrade. Orlando then stated that she would be “saving” by adding an additional line which she did not agree to. That is slamming. He then told her that she gets three accessories for free. Then proceeds to call her a liar, starts arguing with her all while we’re on the phone and refuses her service since she caught him in a lie. Then told her to get out because “you’re a liar”. Proceeds to call the cops after arguing with her. To treat someone like this, while they’re in uniform is absolutely gross. As someone who works in the cell phone/ tech industry, this is not how you treat a paying customer. I heard the entire conversation from beginning to end from her visiting the store to cancel the line to her returning to the store to return the “free accessories”.
