    They had one younger staff member there, looked like he was new and frustrated because he was the only one there. He was consistently rude and swearing under his breath when approached by customers. My experience with him was ok, but mistakenly brought me out the wrong phone twice (wanted iPhone 17 pro, 512gb). Processed the 256gb version and when I told him I wanted the 512gb, and he just answered, “Don’t have it” and continued to process me. At that point, I just took it and wanted to leave. Most likely won’t be back to this store.

    Sapphire added 2 lines to my account on her own volition without my consent. 2 numbers I’ve never seen before then left her job. This is fraud and I’ve been paying for the last month. Unbelievable.

    I had to come in five times, and not once did anyone help me. I traded in my iPhone 16 Pro Max to receive a free iPhone 17, believing the staff were honest and professional. The next day, I even brought my boyfriend and my sister to do the same. However, this turned out to be a serious scam. Without our knowledge or consent, they increased my bill and added a fourth line that we never had. We were charged without being informed, and my bill came out to almost $700, even though we were promised it would be around $180. When I went back to ask why the bill was so high, no one was willing to help. The employees were extremely rude. The guy who spoke with us looked like he was about to fall asleep during the conversation and clearly had no interest in listening or helping us, while his coworker sat at another desk taking selfies instead of assisting customers. There was no manager or supervisor available, and they refused to take responsibility or offer any real help. Later that afternoon, we returned again, and the same female employee was once more very rude and dismissive. For every question, she responded with attitude. She eventually sent an email to someone and told us to wait for them to contact us, saying they were unable to reach any supervisor or manager directly. Because of this experience, I strongly recommend that people avoid this store. I have never experienced a bigger scam or worse customer service.

    This is the absolute worst cell phone store. They stole my wife's iPhone. She traded it in for a new one in September 2025, and today, January 22nd 2026, after many follow up calls we still have not received any cash or credit. I've worked with AT&T, T-Mobile, and now Verizon, and this has been by far the worst experience. Signing up and buying a new phone here takes longer than any other store (well over an hour). They lie about prices/promotions/discounts and sign you up for different plans and extra lines. It takes multiple follow ups to get any corrections. We witnessed a worker and a customer get into physical fight which required police intervention here. I'm shocked that a nice neighborhood in Lagrange hosts such a trashy store with the some of the worst people I have ever seen

    Wish I saw these reviews before I went. I went in on Jan 1 and sat went Sapphire for an upgrade. She was nice and very knowledgeable. She get 5 stars. Even lowered my bill by $5. I was told I was to get a free watch and to come back to pick up. Come back on Jan 9 and she is no longer there. They should have kept her because I sat with Gabriela and she didn't even know how to activate the watch. She had to call someone on the phone for help. Then I was asking her questions regarding my bill went up an additonal charges $20, she literally stated she do not know. She then had the call the person back on the phone back. When I left with Sapphire everything was fine, i checked my account everyday. Gabriela was guessing different things why the bill went up but wasn't sure I asked if I can speak to a manager, she state they no longer have a manager, but I can meet with the owner. But only after I pay a $40 activation fee and that same activation fee is also on my bill. This store just stole my money. So After i sat 2 1/2 hrs with her with no help. She scheduled me in the Verizon system to meet with Chuck (the owner) for Sunday Jan 11 at 12pm. I arrive at 12 and caught Angel locking the door with a sign saying, leaving out for lunch. He leaving for lunch when the store just opened at 11am. I told him I was there for my meeting with Chuck, he stated chuck was not there and called him. Chuck stated he had no knowledge of the meeting. Then Angel stated he will get my info and Chuck will call me. It is now Jan 18 and still nothing. I also call again on Jan 14 and spoke to Gabriela again and she stated she will put another request in. This store is stealing money and bad customer service. Also, my perk of Disney plus has not been working since Jan 1. And I mentioned it to Gabriela and Angel and they are to no help. Just close the store down
