- NTNick TursiSep 19, 20211.020 minute wait turned into hours with no resolution to my PC problem. I called them. Automated answering service put me in waiting line. Said I would get a call in 20 minutes. 70 minutes later I get a call (not expecting it anymore) and missed it. No way to call back to get into the queue. Finally get through to someone—couldn’t help over the phone so they made an appointment for me. Second to last appointment of the day. After me explaining what the problem is, they waste 30 minutes just trying to turn it on to get the boot menu, and they couldn’t get a signal on the monitor. I could have done it in a few minutes if they had asked me to. So they told me it’s a motherboard failure and there’s nothing anyone can do. I just needed windows repaired/reinstalled (like I told them). Just go to a small professional pc repair company. They’ll be able to provide you with actual help.

The reason for my visit was because I had a paper jam and they should have removed it but apparently not. I told them to remove screw bottom of the printer and they were like we don’t do that. Then I was thinking to myself these guy are geek squad and they fix computers and all but not unless you have geek squad protection. So I googled on how to remove paper jam and removed it myself.
