I walked in feeling like my world was collapsing, and you met me with gentleness when I could barely hold myself together. The way you talked to him, the care in your voices, the soft way you handled his tired body—it cut through the heartbreak just enough for me to get through those final moments. Letting him go destroyed me, but you helped make his last breath peaceful, and I’ll carry that with me forever. Thank you for giving my boy dignity when I was losing him.
