First the Staff, all of them are very experienced, you can just tell how they interact, and handle the animal. They also enjoy what they do, it shows. I also wanted to write about the facility. First very cool, walking in you go left for dogs into one lobby, or right for cats, into the second lobby..Soooo smart to help keep the cats and dogs seperated. They also schedule you the right way- they dont schedule a few at the same time, and have you waiting in the lobby with other animals. They schedule you , confirm the night before, and when you walk in at your scheduled time they get you right in! Your animal will more than likely not have to interact with another pet... I feel blessed to have VCA so close to my condo.. They do things the right way.. Bryan

When I tell you she was disrespectful and unprofessional, it was ridiculous! I’ll never take my pup back there because if you treat the customers horrible, I know you all are treating the pups horrible! I wish I would have recorded the rudeness of the woman on the phone..
