Spoke to employee and had a good conversation. Offered to refund for medicine, I refused because that's not why I was upset, but they seemed to have refunded me anyway. I appreciate the gesture and I am looking forward to continuing mine and my little Maggie's relationship with VCA.

One of the doctors showed no care for what was actually wrong with my dog. Gave him 2 kinds of medication for diahrea and it didn't help at all. I was in there to find out why he had chronic diahrea. And fix it Not just to stop it. But the medication did nothing spent $200 for quite literally no improvement. He assumed I was in there for diahrea only and just threw meds at the dog and sent me on my way. My dog was 9 pounds under weight and he called him "looking lean" no he is anorexic. Do your job and diagnose.

Brought my dog here the last 3 years no problem and missed one appointment where the vet wanted to see her so he denies her prescription?! Which may I add she has been on it her whole life and without it she eats herself. So let down, don’t count on Beyers for your fur baby because I never will again. I cannot take my dog some where, where the veterinarian does not even care about animals more than money which is all this place cares about. How coincidental he only wanted to see her right after I started ordering her medicine off Chewy rather than buy it from vca.
