- LLLilyMay 16, 20251.0I dropped off my phone on 3/30/25 and was called 4/14/25 that is was ready they “replaced” it supposably. Gave me new serial number. I go to turn it on it’s a completely different serial number and different phone & it connected to someone else’s phone number with mine. Still waiting on my replacement and it’s going on two months and no one there or Apple seems to be able to tell me anything. Keeps giving me the run around that they are “working” on it. It’s 5/16/25 shouldn’t take this long for a phone.
