I dropped off my phone on 3/30/25 and was called 4/14/25 that is was ready they “replaced” it supposably. Gave me new serial number. I go to turn it on it’s a completely different serial number and different phone & it connected to someone else’s phone number with mine. Still waiting on my replacement and it’s going on two months and no one there or Apple seems to be able to tell me anything. Keeps giving me the run around that they are “working” on it. It’s 5/16/25 shouldn’t take this long for a phone.

I had an appointment with Bryan Moses yesterday. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He reassured me that he could correct the tech issues that I was having, that others had not been able to. And, yes, he successfully corrected the problem. This experience convinced me that I should buy the tech products that I am considering for Christmas gifts at Best Buy. Thanks, Bryan.

I had an awesome experience here, The speakers on my iPhone broke. After realizing the entire display would need to be replaced, Gio stayed late to get the job done so I wouldn’t have to drive 35 miles back to the store. Thank you!! It made my day

Called them frantically in the morning because my laptop got water on it and wouldn’t turn on. The person who answered the phone helped me make an appointment for later that day, assuring me of general turnaround time and that in more severe cases it has to be sent out elsewhere. Fine with me as long as my laptop gets fixed. I arrive at my appointment, and the guy at the desk asks if it’s under warranty. It’s not, it was a gift from a company where I used to work. He said they can’t help me, they don’t do anything if it isn’t under warranty. THEN WHY DID YOU MAKE ME AN APPOINTMENT AND TELL ME THIS WAS SOMETHING IN YOUR REPERTOIRE. He said whoever helped me over the phone must not have been educated in their “most recent policy changes.” I asked him what places in the area COULD help me. He said he didn’t know any. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? These people deserve every one-star review they’ve gotten.
