  My experience today was the worst i have ever had in my entire life. After receiving the run around all morning about my ipad location the worker by the name of autumn lied to me multiple times about it being delivered to the store and she also lied about when i would be able to receive it. Once I finally made it to the store after calling customer service and confirming my ipad was in store she finally admitted to it being in the safe as im explaining my frustration autumn starts to get rude and gets an attitude because i told her i didnt appreciate her lying to me. she starts to call me "girl" and called me a few different names. Luckily i was recording the whole thing because she not only hit the silent button in the store triggering for the police to come she told them i was the aggressor. On video it shows her becoming aggressive with me. She made a smart remark about how i wont be getting my ipad and laughed. Autumn not only gave me the run around she tried to tell my authorized user there was no device of that kind in the building and once she realized that she couldnt pretend anymore she finally got the ipad and didnt assist with the sale purchase she gave it to david and he said he is new to the company. Luckily i have an authorized user that got my ipad but instead of the Helpful young man getting credit for the sale autumn got credit for the sale. She told my authorized user that she didnt know what to do thats why she gave it to david. David took all the steps and pulled all the stops to help me and apologized for the confusion and turmoil she caused. But an apology isnt enough. To have the police escort me out because of a disgruntled employee that needs a few more modules of customer service should have never happened. i have been a customer for over 7 years and this is my first time being treated this way. i would like to talk to someone and send all 3 videos to whoever needs to evaluate the people they hire.
