  They have a good selection and had PC parts my local best buy didn't have. The guy in the center was friendly and helpful, but the lady in the checkout line was talking on the phone the whole time.

  Was just in this store looking to buy some beats. It was 2 pair I was interested in but I had questions between the 2. I was told to let them know at the checkout. I get to check out im asked which pair I say its 2 pair im interested in. The cashier with a bad bob says oh we dont take them out the case. I said you know what forget it. Ill just order off amazon. The employees at that halsted store IS ALWAYS RUDE. Ill spend my money elsewhere

  Lack of urgency. I wish they would have attempted to resolve my issue immediately like the other Best Buy locations. Felt unwelcome.
