  Do not recommend anyone going to this place unless you want to be scammed. I went in there earlier inthe year to add an additional line to business account. I had a phone with me so just needed a sim and number. I was told that there was a promotion going on under which I would be getting a free phone. I told them no, I do not need a new phone as I already have one with me but they insisted that I get the new phone as it’s free. I asked what’s the catch with free phone? I was told there’s no catch to it, just a promotion going on and timing couldn’t be any better. I hesitated initially but then ended up taking the free phone. Months later I decided to switch my service to another carrier. I found out from my bill that I owed Verizon over $500 for the “free” phone I never wanted. I was not told by anyone at the time of purchase that getting free phone was literally binding me with Verizon for 3 years contract and If I changed carrier, I would be on hook for the remaining amount, which now turns out to be over $500. I went to the store yesterday and told them that I would've never taken the new phone if I was told upfront about 3-years contract. I told the manager that I wanted to return the phone and not be responsible for the remaining amount. Instead of helping, she just started laughing and told me that I should’ve known beforehand that free phone meant a 3-year contract and it’s not her problem if I didn’t. She just totally ignored me and continued laughing. I’m just puzzled at how she became the manager when she displays this kind of behavior with customers? Just plain rude! Not only I get lied to so blatantly but also get terrible customer service. Never going there again!

  Went in the other day to switch services. The entire sales team was top notch. Very polite and welcoming. Light years ahead of different carrier stores in the area

  Store employee Brett will lie right to your face and in text. I’ve had to come in 3 times and it’s still not taking care of. Each time Brett, Angel said no problems it will be taken care of. Each time I’ve had to return. Today they knew I was coming in at 11am and that the box would be ready. No I had to wait another 30 minutes to go home and plug it in with no worries. Yep doesn’t work…they mislead you and we tipped them $100.00 for the worst service. Thanks Brett and I’ve screenshot all your lovely texts. New update after a month….Verizon is HORRIBLE..lied about the bill now too…please whoever reads this beware, you’re dealing with people who take advantage of people, they’ll lie and lie. Anything for a sale. The answer they give to any complaint are basically the same and you really can’t report them, they’ll send you a link that doesn’t work or doesn’t exist. I’ll be getting more information on this mess.
