Each time Brett, Angel said no problems it will be taken care of. Each time I’ve had to return. Today they knew I was coming in at 11am and that the box would be ready. No I had to wait another 30 minutes to go home and plug it in with no worries. Yep doesn’t work…they mislead you and we tipped them $100.00 for the worst service. Thanks Brett and I’ve screenshot all your lovely texts. New update after a month….Verizon is HORRIBLE..lied about the bill now too…please whoever reads this beware, you’re dealing with people who take advantage of people, they’ll lie and lie. Anything for a sale. The answer they give to any complaint are basically the same and you really can’t report them, they’ll send you a link that doesn’t work or doesn’t exist. I’ll be getting more information on this mess.

I was quoted a price from a manager at this location and my bill was double or two and a half times what they quoted me. I had to drive in 7 times to a store and 6 or 7 phone calls to customer service and every time I was either gaslit and told the problem would be fixed at the arrival of the next bill, but when the bill came it was still at the same price. Or they told me the price was impossible (even after MULTIPLE sales and customer service people told me I could have my bill brought down). When they “fixed it”, I was told I would never get the price I was quoted at and they gaslit me and said, “I don’t know who told you that you could get this price.” I was pushed into a plan and a phone I did not want, being told “it’s cheaper than what you’re asking for” and then they bait-and-switched me for a huge bill. I will be switching to T-Mobile as soon as I can and wish I never stepped foot into Verizon. Not only was I lied to and gaslit, my time was not seen as valuable. I was on the phone for HOURS with Verizon customer service with my children having to wait for me. This is not a company that values your time or your dignity.
