Instead of going through the hoops of internet promotion at Verizon, I did it in person. It was very rewarding. The store is located in downtown of highland Park. It’s very clean, spacious, and looking new. A couple of nice guys greeted me once I got there. I was looking to update my iPhone and see which deal I would have with Verizon. Yassar and Sebastian guided me through all promotions and new iPhones, explained which benefits I would have with different models and services. They showed me everything I wanted to see, they explained what I would get if I utilized this new Verizon promotion. I would say, it was quite informative, and exciting at the same time. I wouldn’t say I am such an advanced iPhone user but Yassar made all my concern and questions disappear, even though I was asking him the same stuff over and over. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. I stopped there just to see what’s out there but I left with my new iPhone, new accessories to it, upgrades to my account! It’s always great to deal with highly professional, educated, knowledgeable, and very attentive people such as Yassar, Sebastian, and the other guy( sorry, I didn’t ask for his name). If it’s time to upgrade your phone or service, your best stop would be at Highland Park Verizon location. Nice job, guys!
