If this is the intended experience, I don't want Verizon services! Three weeks in and I'm ready to take this stuff back. These guys promised the service would work better than their competitors. They cannot pair my service up to the app at all, I cannot troubleshoot anything with the service, and I have now way to pay my bill since the website doesn't recognize my account and the automated AI slop that answers the phone can't figure out the difference between yes and no. Verizon had a low bar to get over but they decided to dig a hole to see if they could provide not just bad service, but the worst service. Gotta love those automated apology responses though, everyone else got the exact same message, service is stuff a mess.

I give them the bill and after 25 to 35 minutes later the better deal was about $150 dollars more plus taxes. So I'm just saying take the sign down because in a way that's false advertisement with the principal of gather information from other carriers.

He was just going to sell us the tablet without looking up my account. We went to Verizon at Pleasant Prairie, WI. There, I found out that I could trade my old tablet. It would give me part of the cost off a new tablet. There was much more information that we were given. I walked out with a new tablet because of the associate's help. They get FIVE STARS!
