    Make sure you don’t get anything semi heavy here or they will complain before they even get your order (55” TV). Their hourly employees ungrateful thinking they are important in any manner other than to retrieve a product and place it in a vehicle. And then when you take it out to your vehicle yourself because you don’t even want their energy around your kids, they hassle you about the cart you used. BestBuys employees are a prime example and a constant reminder of why ordering online and having it delivered to your door without human interaction is the best and why brick and mortar stores will die.

    I just bought Samsung s25 ultra from the gurnee store, just to come home and have the simcard fault in reading. We followed the steps and both simcard and the phone were unlocked. 1300 dollars down the drain until it gets resolved, phone not functional, and the best kicker, is that 7 times I tried to get ahold of best buy to troubleshoot what went wrong I was directed to a third party that wasn't sourced from the store and not even the country itself, but another country telling me when best buy is busy they take their phone calls. If this is 2026 and this is what we accept I am saddened by today's society. Nobody should go through this like this, to talk to an employee, the third party that obviously is in another country was requiring information me as a walk in buyer for the first time didn't have and I could provide the email but am not comfortable handing out any information outside of this country to anyone, idc. Call me unprofessional but that's a shifty way to conduct business to send your callers across the sea while you eagerly take money upon the transaction. What a lucid cunky world we live in. Def last time I'm going there with my money once this is resolved, they made it impossible to talk to customer service manager or a supervisor lol and call me Karen but anyone would get on Karen level if they blew away 1300 plus accessories just for the crap not work.. dangerous world dangerous times I bought this phone around 1pm if any of the best buy managers would like to fact check that, and while we walked out with a smile, now I'm considering getting a pack of smokes and a shot of something strong just to forget being screwed without even a paid date

    Literally just went to do an exchange at this store and got stereotyped by the manager up front on my way to the register...had a receipt and all and he couldn't take his eyes off me...I won't spend another dollar at this store ever again...

    Had a good experience with Vanessa, our sales person. She was knowledgeable about the refrigerators we were looking at. She went back to check to see if there were any other brands that fit our parameters and answered all of our questions.
