Very clean store, all the floor staff and front-end staff are all very friendly and helpful. Best Buy will always be one of our go to places to kill time and window shop, or buy our electronic wants & needs.

Terrible
I was in the store browsing high priced items. Well over 3 grand television, $1200 iPhone, nobody asked me for anything. Help? Assistance? Questions? Zero.
TWO HOURS in a busy electronic store, no help
I had to walk to the vacuums, on the other end of the store and I found break up 3 employees socializing to find another employee, socializing, to help!!!

Bought an “unlocked” iPhone 16+ which when we tried to set it up, was locked. We brought it back to geek squad(who didn’t understand what was going on with the phone) and they gave us a new one, for that one to also be locked. Not to mention the guy entered the first IMEI number wrong into the system so we had a hard time returning it and then tried to charge us for returning the phone when it is not unlocked as advertised. We had to spend over $40 because they didn’t have enough cash in the registers to return it and get our money back. So lost the money anyways. We will now be taking our business elsewhere. Should’ve looked at the reviews before we bought from there. Seems the only good reviews are fake.
