I asked for manager and she said I could leave my email. I came in to get new phones and she was so awful I walked out. Meanwhile the other associate sat there playing on her phone. Since it’s a franchise I wonder if the owner knows what his staff is doing and how much business they are losing. Nobody was in the store. No lights on and it was dark. Nobody would actually work or help. Worst unprofessional attitudes.
