    I had a horrible experience. I waited in line for a trading card release today; when it was my turn, I asked if they had a specific item available. My cashier did a brief check of his station to confirm there was none. Two minutes later, a girl walked out with the item I wanted; it had been placed in another register's area. When I asked the front employee about it, he was willing to ask if something could be done. The manager was brought into the equation--and the manager sends the employee (who himself admitted he knew nothing about the cards) to find them. Ofc, nothing was found and all I got from the manager is an: "All we can do is apologize." No. You can do better. Go back to a single register with consolidated product so you know what you have available. Or use two registers side by side with the product between them. It's not hard to fix logistics; it's very hard to fix upset customers. Also, people don't care as much about spending time in line if it means clarity.

    I used to love visiting Best Buy for my tech. The staff was friendly and helpful while the prices were some of the best anywhere with a great selection. Fast forward to now and the reverse is true. The store is barren with extremely limited selection and when you can finally find a staff member, they're usually found visiting with another employee ignoring customers. I will say at least the staff at the front checkouts and the online pickup desk are friendly and efficient. I only go here now when it's the only store that has what I'm looking for.

    Non-attentive, long wait for basic questions, on multiple occasions, with nobody else waiting, service times for help ranged fron 10 to 30 minutes. First time was the longest, about 30 minutes, subsequent visits took less, 5 to 10 minutes, but always had to wait. Horrible experience. 2 month old, 1,800.00 refrigerator not working, and because I didn't buy the service contract, no, (ZERO) store support available, even though the problem was caused by incorrect installation, which I paid for. Worse appliance purchasing experience EVER! And I'm over 60, so this isn't my first go around.

    staff are shady & incompetent. Unable to give direct answers on terms of pricing and make it incredibly difficult to buy something. Best buy is on a streak of 2 bad interactions. I have no intent of returning to this franchise ever again.
