  Nice quality Best Buy. Good selection of products and always has what I need in a pinch. I've bought everything from phone chargers, printer ink, ipads, laptops, etc from this store, and it has not disappointed. Yes, you will find better deals online for the little things ($5 HDMI cable on Amazon -> $25+ at Best Buy for the same quality), but that's the nature of the thing. Online will almost always have better deals from off-brands that brick and mortar won't sell. Definitely worth going here for your tech needs.

  A massive, sparse store that reminds me of the last time I went into Fry's Electronics for the last time before they permanently closed. There were greeters at the door to direct you to where you need to go, but then there's no one on the floor to unlock the case if you need something. Very strange.

  Best buy used to be mu go to place for info and support on all things electronic. Now its just another mediocre box store with over priced products. Very nice staff but totally lacking product knowledge.

  Very Disappointed. Intended to spend $500 today for new speakers and not one employee acknowledged us. I used to be a Best Buy employee from 2003 to start and customer service is always #1 priority. 2 employees looked at us eye contact NEVERA asked did we need anything...normally I would say is skin color an issue..but lets not go that path. Let's see why being there for 20min did no one speak to us...horrible horrible location and lost a whole sale because you couldn't simply say hello & welcome

  Please add more help in the auto tech department. You won’t have the best customer service when one guy is frustrated at work and won’t help customers. It takes one minute to walk to a customer & not have an employee bring my phone to you . Maria at front entrance was great and the young man who took me to the auto tech department. He did his best to help as well but his co worker wasn’t being cooperative with him either, I couldn’t get your name but thank you.
