I had a 6:20 pm appointment for an Apple screen repair, and the store closes at 9 pm. When I arrived, the Geek Squad employee refused to take my phone, saying there wasn’t enough time despite my scheduled appointment being well before closing.
This was a frustrating and unprofessional experience at Best Buy. I expected better customer service.

I purchased an Open Box Bosch dishwasher today. Once I got it home I realized that the proprietary power cord, appearance trim pieces, and the mounting brackets were missing. I spent 30 minuets on the phone with their Geek Squad guy to order replacement parts which will not be here for 2-5 days and they cannot order the trim pieces. This was a floor display and not a return so there is no excuse. This store obviously does not take adequate care that all open box parts are present so let the buyer beware!

Nice quality Best Buy. Good selection of products and always has what I need in a pinch. I've bought everything from phone chargers, printer ink, ipads, laptops, etc from this store, and it has not disappointed. Yes, you will find better deals online for the little things ($5 HDMI cable on Amazon -> $25+ at Best Buy for the same quality), but that's the nature of the thing. Online will almost always have better deals from off-brands that brick and mortar won't sell.
Definitely worth going here for your tech needs.
