    Today, 2/21/26, at approximately 11:30 am, I went to this Verizon store to make a bill payment for two internet gateways I’m currently using. There was only one person working at the time and she was a younger looking female. Based on my receipt, I believe her name was Heaven. When I entered the store Heaven was assisting a couple who looked like they had just purchased a new phone. Heaven stated that she would be with me shortly. After about 5 minutes, Heaven asked me if she could help me and I responded by saying that I wanted to make a payment on my account. Heaven came over to me with her tablet and she asked for my phone number. When I provided my number, Heaven said that she wasn’t able to pull up my account. I was surprised because the last 2-3 months, I paid my bill my providing my phone number to a different person who works in the same store and I think her name is Kara. I mentioned this to Heaven and she again said that she couldn’t pull up my account. So I was able to provide Heaven with the number that’s linked to the Internet Gateway. Heaven entered that number into her tablet and then she asked me for my PIN number. I explained to Heaven that I couldn’t remember my PIN number. I also questioned why she wasn’t able to accept my payment when it was so easy to make payments with a different employee, Kara during the previous months. Heaven asked me how much I wanted to pay. I told her the amount and she said that since I didn’t have my PIN number, she had to charge me an extra dollar for a service fee. Are you kidding me?! I provided the information needed for her to access my account, but since I didn’t remember my PIN number, I was charged a service fee?! That’s ridiculous ! So I paid my bill, along with the service fee, and I left the store. While in the parking lot, I called customer service and explained what had just happened and wanted to file a complaint. The customer service rep said that she couldn’t address my complaint and suggested that I speak to the manager of the store. I refuse to waste any more of my time in that store so I decided to cancel my account. The service I received from Heaven was unacceptable. She seemed to enjoy speaking with the other couple about something unrelated to Verizon, but she wasn’t willing to provide good customer service to me.

    Awful store, wasted 8 hours here transferring lines from ATT. Was promised. Shipped phone and they lied, nothing went as it was suppose to, run away from this location at all costs worth making the 30 minute drive else where. Be sure to buy your IOS, IPhone Air, IPhone 17, and IPhone 17 pro and Pro Max from a different location. Awful store they don’t deserve anyone’s business. BBB complaint and Video reviews for Google coming, enjoy the negative SEO you deserve. KC
