Bestbuy loves to charge for everything but unwilling to compensate the consumer when they waste a customer's time.

Came in to see if they could fix my laptop. Made an appointment with Geek Squad. Geek Squad agent didn’t even look at the laptop before telling me there wasn’t anything he could do and that I should buy a new laptop. I got a second opinion at a UBreakIFix in Champaign. They confirmed it was a broken $15 dollar port that I could replace myself once I get the part.
