    I had an absolutey wonderful experience at the Flora, IL verizon store. It was black Friday weekend and the store was extremely busy. Jeri walked me through the process of purchasing a new phone and transferring everything over. She answered every question I had and was extremely patient. All 3 of the employees that day were busy and I didn't see any customer having to wait very long to be waited on. I asked all of the girls their names because I am always impressed by great customer service. This store is lucky to have Jeri, April and Aly as employees.
