    Custom service here is great. Geek Squad fixed my son's phone part was in a couple days, but arrived damaged so we had to wait for another part to come in and when it did I had a missed call from Best Buy but no message, so I called and got the call center which wasn't much help. So the following Saturday I went in and they did receive the part and my son's phone was fixed with a couple hours! The gentleman working in Saturday's is very knowledgeable and great customer service!

    Poor Pick Up procedure. James is the bright spot in that store, helped me after waiting way longer than I should’ve. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

    We went in and worked with a wonderful lady named Skyler. She was incredibly helpful and fixed my phone in seconds. We have always been pleased with the service at the Fairview Heights store. We were also greeted by two of the friendliest greeters I've ever been greeted by. FANTASTIC service at this store!
